Rex graduated from Chase Secondary School and started to work for his brother Todd & was blessed being skilled as a mechanic, metal fabricator, welder, auto body repair & painting. He was hard working and took pride in everything he did. He worked on a truck at the age of 13 getting it ready for his 16th birthday. In school he was blessed making beautiful pieces in woodworking & metal classes. Rex died very suddenly at the age of 36 at Harper Lake just outside of Chase his favorite place to ride his motorcycle with his daughter Elizabeth, family and friends.
He enjoyed snowboarding and just finished assembling a few more pieces on his street motorcycle just the way he wanted it to look.
Rex always had a story to share with family and friends and had a very special laugh and sparkle in his eyes. We all have our own good memories of Rex treasure them in your heart. God is our comfort, peace, refuge & strength, ask Him for help and He will give you the comfort that you need. A memorial service was held on Mon., June 27, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Adams Lake Recreation & Conference Centre, in Chase, BC. Lunch followed the service. After lunch many family and friends stayed to share memories of Rex.Print This Obituary & Condolences
