Tom was born in Kamloops BC on November 6, 1956, the 5th child of Myrtle and Thomas McNeice. After a brief battle with cancer, Tom passed away in Kamloops BC on October 9, 2016. Predeceased by his parents Myrtle and Thomas McNeice of Kamloops BC, Tom was survived by his siblings, Lynda, Pat, Merle, Sue, Shelley and Kelly, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Tom grew up and attended school in Kamloops. He left Kamloops a few times through the years, and eventually settled in Victoria BC, where he became an entrepreneur running his rental property, and his own landscaping business. Tom was a gentleman, and a gentle soul. Whether you needed help moving, work on a building project, or just a friend to hang out with, Tom was always there, generous with his time and many talents, always willing to lend a helping hand. He loved to play and sing any one of his many songs on the banjo, and he enjoyed time riding his old Norton with the WNA. Tom was considerate of others, and believed in respect for his fellow man. Tom has left his mark on the lives of all who knew him, and he will be greatly missed.
